I am a firm believer that we can all be in touch with our own inner guidance system, our intuition, if we actively work on removing the barriers in the way.

For some, it’s as simple as closing their eyes. Others, have a meditation practice.

And others...well, how do I put this kindly...they struggle to tune in, no matter what they do.

So what do you do in this instance?

We remove any of the mind / body blockages that appear.
That means processing past hurt or emotions that have been suppressed.
We look at diet and exercise.
We cleanse the energetic body, so that energy can flow through you.
We assess and release limiting beliefs.

And the results are remarkable.

Just before Easter, I spent a long weekend, taking 5 gorgeous women through the process of learning how to clear their own blockages, so they can listen to their own inner voices.

They learned tools, processes and techniques. But to be honest, it was even more important to have the time and space to work out what each blockage was. Once we knew, the work was effortless.

It was a bunch of women you wouldn’t expect to find together, and I’m sure each of them thought ‘I’m different than everyone else here’.

However, the Universe always puts in the room who needs to be there. And the synchronicities were endless.

Each women supported and loved one another through their own personal journey.
I hate to use that word journey, it sounds so wanky, but really there is no other way to describe the weekend. Each person went on their own adventure? No, their own exploration? No, it’s definitely journey.

Here are some photos of us (out of session) exploring Byron. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to these ladies for allowing me to show them my way. It’s what Gay Hendricks would call my zone-of-genius. Thanks for allowing me to share it with you. I love you.

This is the face of a girl who left her fears on the hairdressers floor.

Not just her fear about hair, but LOTS of other random fears that kept on popping up.
About judgement, and self-love, and being worthy, and putting herself 'out there' on the socials. Ya'know, all those pesky little fears too.

F E A R ⠀ I did something today that scared the

F E A R
⠀
I did something today that scared the bejesus out of me...I chopped off most of my long locks. Gah!
⠀
I made the decision a couple of days ago, and had to wait for my appointment time.
It's been a weird few days, waiting for the appointment, to see what my thoughts and feelings were.
⠀
Once I made the decision, I felt anxious, but also kinda relieved. Then, super impatient.
⠀
I wonder where else this happens in my life, where I make a decision then get super impatient about it?
(probably everywhere)

Then, whilst at the hairdresser, it was such a drastic change that she asked me multiple times if I was sure I wanted it this short. So, I had many many many times that I could back out and back away.
⠀
I was scared and did it anyways.
⠀
And, now, I feel like she has literally chopped off my hair and at the same time, removed my fear. It's taken 15 kilos of energetic baggage off me.
I love my new look!
I'm wondering what took me so long to chop it all off?
The answer: Fear.
⠀
Fear of the unknown.
Fear of judgement.
Fear of critisism.
Fear of...well...fear of fear.
⠀
That book title comes to mind: Feel the fear and do it anyways.
⠀
In my usual way, I'm looking for a win/win in this whole situation so I've decided to donate this hair to a foundation that makes wigs for kids with cancer (and other ailments). It makes the chop even more worthwhile for me.
